Our state-of-the-art pre-press department supports the latest software in both Mac and PC format. Our preflighting/impositioning software is pdf based and drives our Heidelberg computer-to-plate system.

In response to our customer's request for greener printing, Vital Printing is now using chemical-free thermal plates and Biolocity inks which has more than 60% bio-derived, renewable raw material content.

Vital Printing's pressroom is home to 3 Heidelberg presses. A 20" x 29" 4-color, perfecting press; two 13" x 18" 2-color presses and a 2-color envelope press.

Our digital printing service is possible with our high-speed digital Canon copier This allows us to provide fast-turnaround, small quantity, color or b/w printing at a competitive price. The inline booklet maker gives us the unique opportunity to provide small quantity, print on demand books for any occasion.

The bindery department hosts a number of 20 x 28 Stahl folders, a 42" POLAR guillotine cutter with jogger, 3 stacklifts, 2 VSAs, high-speed hydraulic drilling capabilities and assorted banding equipment. Final finishing is complimented by our 3-tower, 30-bin collator/booklet maker and a perfect bound book binder.
